Privacy & enquiry data

The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, enquiry, selected service or team member, and consent for us to respond. Do not submit account information, passwords or sensitive personal data.

Use & processing

Cloudflare Workers hosts the site, D1 stores enquiries, and Email Service sends team notifications. Turnstile helps prevent abuse. Data is used only to handle and respond to business enquiries.

AI conversations

Your questions and limited conversation context are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. This website does not separately store full AI conversations. AI answers require verification; related content is saved as an enquiry only after you consent to transfer it and submit the form.

Retention and privacy contact

Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 for one year, then removed from use and automatically cleaned up. Notifications are emailed to the designated business team. For privacy requests contact caiyong03@beyondsoft.com; copies of emails already sent require separate deletion.
